SUMAQ Peruvian Food Festival has become one of the most anticipated events of the year, attracting food enthusiast from all over the US. The gentle blend of ancient Incan cooking practices and immigrant traditions from Spain, Africa, and Japan, is what makes Peruvian cuisine unique and is steadily conquering the interest of everyone around the world.
Our mission is to diffuse Peruvian cuisine and culture in New York, which is why we are devoted to offering the highest quality and variety of Peruvian food. A mixture of local and award-winning chefs from Peru participate in our annual festival. Attendees have the opportunity to learn cooking techniques from top chefs!

Cooking demonstrations will take place on both days in the National Geographic Leroy R. & Rose W. Grumman Dome Theater, inside the Cradle of Aviation Museum. Seating is limited.
