2022 VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES

 

 

SUMAQ festival draws food enthusiast and families from the tri-state area to the Cradle of Aviation Museum in Garden City, NY. It will include musical entertainment, crafts, great food, cooking demos, children’s activities and much more throughout the weekend. It is New York’s biggest outdoor Peruvian food festival and has become a great tradition!

 

SUMAQ is looking for high-quality Peruvian food cooks, restaurants, professional services, artifacts, products, either handmade or unique and beautiful. Artisans and crafters are encouraged to apply. All vendor applications will be reviewed to ensure your product/service is the right fit for SUMAQ. Food vendors will require additional questions and a face-to-face tasting to ensure quality.

 

Vendors serving food will be required to obtain a Temporary Food Service Permit from the Nassau County Department of Health.  Failure to obtain the proper permit can result in termination of participation without refund. You should apply for a permit no later than 4 weeks prior to the event. A DOH representative will be on-site Saturday & Sunday of the Fest to inspect any booths providing food. Once we have received your application, reviewed and accepted, you will be emailed a separate agreement and invoice. Payment can be made here online or via check/money order.
